At the first point of contact (and regularly thereafter) you will be advised both verbally and in writing of your right to have someone represent your interest and provide assistance when it comes to planning, complaints and disputes. Information about available advocacy services will be provided and Above and Beyond Care Services can offer a referral, if required.
